HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most sourced diamonds are delivered within approximately 2-3 weeks depending on sourcing availability, customization requirements, and customs processing timelines.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM SETTING TAKE TO CREATE?
Custom ring settings require a minimum of 25 days to design and craft, not including shipping time. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans to match your exact specifications.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO INSPECT FOR DAMAGES?
You must inspect your diamond and report any concerns or damages within 3 days of delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of our sourcing services, all sales are final unless quality issues are discovered within the given 3-day inspection timeframe. We do not accept returns on sourced diamonds. However, your satisfaction and confidence are our top priorities.
ARE THE DIAMONDS IGI-CERTIFIED?
Yes. All diamonds sourced by Zayan Atelier are independently certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute) for your peace of mind.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
