CUSTOM ORDERS
All sourced diamonds are specially ordered based on client-selected specifications and are therefore non-refundable once sourcing has been confirmed and the order has been placed.
PRICING
Diamond pricing is subject to supplier availability and market fluctuations until payment confirmation is completed.
CERTIFICATION
Diamonds are provided with independent grading certification where applicable.
INSPECTION PERIOD
Clients must inspect all items upon delivery and report any concerns within 3 business days.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on supplier fulfillment, customs processing, shipping carriers, and other factors outside company control.
LIABILITY
Zayan Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside operational control.
